Missing Items or Damaged Shipments

All products are carefully inspected and securely packaged prior to shipment to help ensure safe delivery.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect all packages immediately and verify that all items and parts are included. If your shipment arrives damaged or if any items are missing, you must notify us within 5 business days of delivery.

Claims reported after the 5-business-day inspection period may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or claim processing.

To expedite assistance, please retain all original packaging materials and provide photos of any damage when contacting customer service.

Custom Color Disclaimer

All custom color range hoods are professionally powder-coated according to customer-selected specifications. Because each unit is made-to-order, production generally requires approximately 7–10 business days prior to shipment.

Please review the following terms carefully:

  • Custom color orders are considered special-order products and become non-cancelable, non-returnable, and non-refundable once production or powder-coating has begun.
  • Slight color variations may occur due to lighting conditions, screen or monitor settings, powder coating batch variations, and natural differences in metal surfaces.
  • Baffle filters are manufactured in stainless steel and are not powder-coated in order to preserve durability, airflow performance, and dishwasher-safe functionality.
  • Powder coating is applied to the exterior visible surfaces only, unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all color selections prior to final order confirmation.
  • Production and shipping lead times may vary based on powder availability, manufacturing schedules, holidays, carrier delays, or increased order volume.
