IMPORTANT — Inspect Your Range Hood Immediately Upon Delivery

Customers are required to inspect all products immediately upon delivery.

Before installation, please:

  • Inspect the exterior packaging and product condition
  • Plug in and test all controls, lights, and fan functions
  • Verify all parts and accessories are included

Any shipping damage, defects, or missing items must be reported within 3 calendar days of delivery.

Failure to report damage within the required inspection period may result in denial of the claim.


SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received and authorized.

Custom color, powder-coated, made-to-order, or special-order products may require additional production time before shipment.

Once shipped, customers will receive a:

  • FedEx tracking number
  • Delivery confirmation email

Estimated delivery times vary by location but generally range between 3–7 business days for standard domestic shipments.


Shipping Methods

RangeHoodDirectBuy offers both:

  • Standard Shipping
  • Expedited Shipping

Available shipping options will appear during checkout.


International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to select countries.

To request international shipping:

  • Add items to your shopping cart
  • Submit your request
  • A shipping quotation will be provided within approximately 24 hours

International customers are solely responsible for:

  • Import duties
  • Customs fees
  • Taxes
  • Brokerage charges
  • Government-imposed import fees

These charges are collected upon delivery and are not included in the product or shipping price.

We do not mark shipments as “gifts” and all shipments are declared at actual purchase value in accordance with international shipping regulations.

Customers should contact their local customs office for estimated import fees before placing an order.


Canada Shipping

We ship to Canada using:

  • FedEx Standard
  • FedEx International Services

Canadian customers are responsible for all:

  • Duties
  • Taxes
  • Customs fees
  • Import charges

Shipping quotes for Canadian orders are typically provided within 24 hours after submission.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

For shipments to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico

RETURN POLICY

Damaged Returns

(Must Be Reported Within 3 Calendar Days)

Customers must report shipping damage directly to RangeHoodDirectBuy within 3 calendar days of delivery.

To submit a damage claim, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos/videos of the damage
  • Photos of the product label
  • Photos of the packaging condition

Claims cannot be processed without verification documentation.

Once approved:

  • We will coordinate return pickup if required
  • Replacement products will be shipped only after the damaged product has been returned, inspected, and verified

Returned products that do not match the originally shipped item may be refused.


Undamaged Returns

(Within 14 Days of Delivery)

Customers requesting an undamaged return must contact Customer Support within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Approved returns are subject to:

  • 25% restocking fee
  • Original shipping charges
  • Return shipping costs
  • Possible refurbishment or repair deductions if applicable

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Returned products must:

  • Be unused and uninstalled
  • Include original packaging
  • Include all accessories and parts
  • Match the original condition shipped

Refunds are issued only after inspection and verification are completed.


Returns Will NOT Be Accepted If:

Returns may be refused if:

  • The hood has been installed, mounted, or used
  • The hood has been modified, cut, or altered
  • Damage was reported after 3 calendar days
  • Original packaging or included components are missing
  • The product shows signs of grease, scratches, wear, or prior use
  • The returned item does not match the original product shipped

The returned product must be in the same original condition as when initially shipped.

Custom color, powder-coated, special-order, clearance, and made-to-order products are final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable once production begins.


EXCHANGE POLICY

(Within 7 Days of Delivery)

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Customers must provide:

  • Reason for exchange
  • Photos/videos showing any defect or issue

Once approved:

  • Return shipping arrangements will be coordinated
  • Replacement products will be shipped after the original product has been returned and inspected

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless otherwise approved in writing.

Only one exchange is permitted per original purchase.

Replacement products must be of equal or greater value. Customers are responsible for any price difference.


MISSING PARTS POLICY

Missing parts must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Customers must provide:

  • Clear photos/videos identifying the missing part
  • Product label verification

Replacement parts will be shipped only after claim verification is completed.

Missing parts claims may be denied if:

  • Product appears installed or previously used
  • Verification photos are not provided
  • Packaging appears tampered with

Approved replacement parts will be shipped at no additional charge.


CREDIT & REFUND POLICY

All returned merchandise is subject to inspection, verification, and evaluation upon arrival.

Refund calculations may include deductions for:

  • Original shipping charges
  • 25% restocking fee
  • Return shipping charges
  • Repair/refurbishment costs if applicable

Refund Formula:

Refund Amount = Product Price
− Original Shipping Charges
− 25% Restocking Fee
− Repair/Refurbishment Costs (if applicable)

Please Note:
