Shipping Methods

  • We ship through UPS Standard and UPS Expedited services.

  • Shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout.

Canadian Shipments

  • Customers in Canada will be charged additional international shipping fees.

  • Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees charged upon delivery.

  • RangeHoodDirectBuy has no control over these fees and cannot estimate the cost. Please contact your local customs office for details.

International Shipments

  • We currently ship to select international destinations via UPS.

  • Shipping quotes will be provided within 24 hours after placing your order.

  • Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees.

  • Packages will be shipped as merchandise with actual purchase prices (we cannot mark as “gift”).

Special Shipping Notes

  • Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: Please contact us for a custom shipping quote before placing your order.

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
